نحرص في SAVVY على رضاكم، ونوضح ما يلي:

• لا يُوجد استبدال على المنتجات.
• لا يُقبل الاسترجاع إلا في حال وجود خلل أو ضرر في المنتج.
• في حال وجود مشكلة، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع توثيق الحالة (صورة أو فيديو).
• بعد التحقق، سيتم استبدال المنتج المعيب بدون أي تكلفة إضافية.
• SAVVY غير مسؤولة عن أي خطأ في العنوان أو بيانات التواصل المدخلة من قبل العميل. يُرجى التأكد منها قبل إتمام الطلب.
