سياسة الشحن | Shipping Policy

• تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 2-3 ايام عمل من تاريخ الطلب (ما عدا العطل الرسمية).
• مدة التوصيل تعتمد على شركة الشحن والمنطقة، وغالبًا ما تكون خلال 2-7 أيام عمل داخل السعودية.
• SAVVY غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن بعد تسليم الطلب لها.
• SAVVY غير مسؤولة عن الطلبات المرفوضة أو غير المستلمة بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة. يُرجى التأكد من العنوان ورقم الجوال قبل إتمام الطلب.
• في حال عدم استلام الطلب من شركة الشحن وإعادته، يتحمّل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة الإرسال.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery time depends on the shipping company and location, usually within 2-7 business days inside Saudi Arabia.
• SAVVY is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier after the order is dispatched.
• SAVVY is not liable for refused or undelivered packages due to incorrect information. Please double-check your address and phone number before placing an order.
• If the package is returned due to non-receipt, the customer will be charged the shipping fee for re-delivery.
